We are delighted to have received confirmation that we have been awarded our Women In Golf Charter status by England Golf and the R&A. Worksop Golf Club are passionate about including and encouraging more ladies and girls to participate in the game of golf and has set out a list of commitments to ensure this happens.
The charter is designed to develop a more inclusive culture within golf and encourage increased participation from women and girls and allow them to reach their full potential as golfers or working in the golf industry.
We have a growing ladies section at our club, with an eclectic range of abilities and ages. This means that we are in the best place to welcome more ladies and girls to our club and our ladies committee & PGA staff are here to help every step of the way, whether it be a beginner or a new member coming back into golf after a break.
