To secure your reservation booking forms must be returned within 14 days together with a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person, which will be deducted from the total payable on the day.
Final numbers must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the visit. Any reduction in numbers after this deadline will result in a penalty of £20.00 per player short being charged.
The organiser should report to the Professional’s Shop on arrival and is responsible for settling the account, preferably with one cheque or cash, before play commences. The Professional’s Shop is located just inside the main entrance to the left.
Unless otherwise advised tee reservations are from 9.15am to 12.00noon and 2.00pm onwards from the 1st tee.
A starter may be allocated to Visiting Parties and his/her instructions must be adhered to at all times. The starter will inform players of any Local Rules and ensure that the required standard of dress and playing ability are met.
Two or three ball matches. Foursomes and Greensomes are allowed. Four-ball play is by arrangement with the Secretary. Any form of Texas Scramble is not permitted.
